Family and friends are invited for a fun-filled day of craft making with our friends from the Brandywine Traveling Zoo, Delaware Museum of Natural History, Hagley Museum and Winterthur Museum. Play some games and enjoy the entertainment. Have your holiday family photo taken or pose for a photo with Santa. We also have some raffle items just for the kids. Your family may also visit the spectacular exhibit of decorated trees and wreaths made possible by our generous sponsors and decorators, we also offer:
Since 1987, The Festival of Trees has been the signature annual fundraising event for Delaware Hospice to support its programs and services. Each year, three Festival of Trees events are held throughout the state of Delaware, one in each county. The New Castle County festival, being held November 16th to the 18th, features a bake shop, raffles, vendors, unique gift items a Hollyday Gift Shoppe as well as a magnificent display of decorated trees and wreaths, including tabletop trees and wreaths, Festival supporters sponsor trees and wreaths, honor loved ones through the “Remembrance Tree,” purchase gift items at raffles and auctions, participate in the Festivals’ activities, or contribute simply through the purchase of admission tickets. Delaware Hospice, established in 1982, is the largest, most experienced and only nonprofit hospice in Delaware. Over the last 30 years, more than 41,000 patients and their families have chosen Delaware Hospice for their exceptional care. |
