This holiday season, the Historic Houses of Odessa’s Georgian-style Wilson Warner House (c. 1769) will be transformed into the storied English countryside home, Bracebridge Hall. The exhibit is inspired by the story of Old Christmas: From The Sketch Book of Washington Irving, the 19th century American author noted for his classic stories of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow and Rip Van Winkle. The Historic Odessa Foundation’s 2012 Holiday Tours open Nov. 14 through Dec. 30.
All of the Historic Odessa Foundation’s properties, collectively known as the Historic Houses of Odessa, including the Wilson-Warner House, will be open and on display for the holidays. Special events and tours will be held throughout the holiday season.
