More than 50,000 used books will be sold at the 44th annual Dollars for Scholars Used Book Sale, sponsored by the Wilmington branch of the American Association of University Women, to benefit college scholarships for Delaware women. Most items are 75 cents to $5, with collectibles up to $100. The sale runs Feb. 28-March 3, 2013, at Concord Mall, 4737 Concord Pike, Brandywine Hundred, DE 19803. The sale also includes DVDs, CDs, VHS tapes, vinyl records, sheet music, puzzles, and ephemera. The sale starts at 10 a.m. (11 a.m. on March 3) and ends at 9:30 p.m. (5 p.m. on March 3). |
