Bonus: From May to November, the kitchen creates dishes with produce grown on the grounds. Picture lovage (the leaves can be used in salad and soup stocks), borage, sorrel, heirloom tomatoes, pumpkin, okra, and sun chokes, also called Jerusalem artichokes.
