Here's a Great Way to Celebrate Women's History Month

Learn about three female artists at the Brandywine River Museum of Art.

In honor of Women’s History Month, the Brandywine River Museum of Art will present “Her America: Three Women Artists from the Phillips Collection” on three consecutive Wednesdays in March at 11 a.m. Presented by associate curator Amanda C. Burdan, each lecture will focus on one female artist whose work is on view in “From Homer to Hopper: Experiment and Ingenuity in American Art.” The exhibition is on view at the Museum from Feb. 24-May 21. The featured artists are Georgia O’Keeffe on March 8, Doris Lee on March 15 and Grandma Moses on March 22.
