Photo Beach Bash Comes to Rehoboth

The Coastal Camera Club’s annual event will take place on March 15 and features several guest speakers and stunning photo exhibits.

Who’s speaking at the Coastal Camera Club’s annual Photo Beach Bash? Sign up for the March 15 conference to “Learn, Imagine, Create” under these outstanding speakers: Karen Messick, “Impressionism in Photography”: An award-winning photographer, Messick will share images using various camera techniques and the latest software processes for creating striking impressionistic photographic images and art forms. Tony Sweet, “Compelling Composition”: Sweet’s program will illustrate, through many examples, various compositional techniques guaranteed to begin moving your photography up a notch. Corey Hilz, “Creative Vision at Home and Around the World”: A photographer specializing in nature and travel photography, Hilz’s program will explore creative composition techniques and subject selection, along with consideration of timing, preparation, opportunity and patience. Parish Kohanim, keynote: A Canon Explorer of Light, Parish Kohanim will discuss the importance of proper composition, unconventional lighting, techniques for creating dynamic visual impact and getting the most naturally posed portraits. He will share simple and fresh techniques and tips on how to make your pictures stand out from the crowd. Doors will open at 8 a.m. for a full day of photography programs, demonstrations, photo exhibits and more at Atlantic Sands Hotel and Conference Center in Rehoboth Beach.
