Apple-Onion Soup (Recipe)

Apple-Onion Soup

Ingredients:

Chop 3 onions
Chop 3 apples
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
2 cups of local apple cider
2 cups of water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
½ teaspoon organic nutmeg
Himalayan pink sea salt to taste

Instructions:

Place olive oil in soup pot and sauté onions until they begin to caramelize. Add the apples and sauté with onions 2 minutes. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.

*vegan *gluten-free (serves 4)
