If you’ve dined at any of chef Bryan Sikora’s restaurants, you know his food has a reputation for being creative, whimsical and extremely fresh. Which is why you’ll want to ensure you snag tickets for his “Field to Fork” dinner at Chadds Ford’s SIW Vegetables farm stand this Wednesday, Sept. 19, at 6:30 p.m.

The menu will include:

  • Deviled egg-salad toasts with crab; lamb kebabs with bulgur wheat and tzatziki; cucumber with gazpacho and mozzarella
  • A farm salad of mixed lettuce, green beans and tomatoes; chicken ragu with fresh rigatoni, grilled corn and Parmesan; layered eggplant with ricotta and chick peas with salsa verde
  • Peach tarte Tatin
