Want to Spice Up Your Weekend Brunch? Try Mexican Post's New Menu

Two words: churro pancakes.

Mexican Post may be a go-to spot when you’re craving a tasty margarita—but starting Sunday, Nov. 19, you can also head to the Wilmington hot spot for a weekend brunch menu. Choose from over 10 Mexican-inspired brunch items (think: churro pancakes and a jalapeño bagel sandwich).

If you’re still hungry after your main course, try a side dish like the avocado boat: an avocado topped with pico de gallo, diced cucumber and drizzled with avocado crema). And don’t skip out on libations—order a mimosa, Michelada (a ‘bloody Maria’ that contains a Modelo Especial) or spiked coffee (made with fresh Columbian coffee, Patrón XO Cafe and a seasonal Bailey’s flavoring).
