You’ll start with pulled ox tail and barley soup served with Glenkinchie 12-year-old, proceed to a cake of house-smoked salmon with a potato scone and lemon crème fraise presented with Tamdhu 10-year-old, then enjoy roasted duck breast with chestnut bread stuffing and honeyed parsnips with Arran private cask peated (only 240 bottles made).
