Who won the 2015 Annual Rehoboth Beach Chocolate Festival? More than 1,000 people gathered at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center to taste some of the best chocolate the town has to offer. About 30 industry pros entered delectable chocolate temptations vying to win a coveted Chocolate Festival Ribbon. A select team of judges tasted the entries, narrowing down the top three winners in each of the seven categories. Entries were judged on flavor, texture, appearance and creativity.
