Domaine Hudson Steps Up their Guest List with Willamette Valley’s Jim Bernau

Plus, Southern Wine and Spirits serenade your senses with Italian wine and five sumptuous courses.

Enjoy Italian wines presented by Heather Wright of Southern Wines and Spirits during Spring in Italy at Domaine Hudson in Wilmington on March 20. Each of the five courses is sumptuously paired by chef Dwain Kalup. This dinner is a great way to learn about Italian wines in a casual way while enjoying a great meal. Then prepare for the Willamette Valley Vineyards Wine Maker’s Dinner on April 5, when you can meet mastermind Jim Bernau of Willamette Valley Vineyards. WVV has been touted as “One of America’s great Pinot Noir producers” by Wine Enthusiast Magazine, and it has earned Bernau the American Wine Society's highest honor, the Award of Merit. Taste his Pinot, and his other great Oregon wines. It promises to be a special treat. 655-9463,
