Pinji's Cafe Opens Second Location in Trolley Square

Healthy eatery takes over former Eeffoc’s CafĂ© and Restaurant location.

Trolley Square’s bar and restaurant scene has always been bustling, but residents still crave healthy, on-the-go options. When Unpin Campbell, owner of Pinji’s Cafe on Market Street, learned that the space recently occupied by Eeffoc’s Cafe & Restaurant was available, she decided to take advantage of its prime location.

Pinji’s Cafe opened on Saturday, June 10, and the menu has plenty of healthy staples, including smoothies, sandwiches, salads and even ramen. “We only use real fruit and vegetables,” Campbell says. “I have a passion for healthy food.”

Although Pinji’s has only been open less than a week, Campbell says Trolley Square is beginning to feel like home.

Pinji’s is open for breakfast, but Campbell believes it will be an especially popular spot for lunch, thanks to the menu’s plentiful sandwiches and smoothies.
