Choose from the classic French onion soup or a Sauternes-poached lobster with honey apple slices and mâche salad for your first course. Then go green for your second course with two choices of salad—a Caesar or a red gem lettuce and spinach salad. Make the difficult decision between four dishes for your main course—either the pan-seared crab cakes, Long Island duck breast, stuffed prawn and lobster imperial, or certified black angus New York strip steak.
