Booze (Safely) From Cape May to Lewes

Combination tickets include a trip on the Cape May-Lewes Ferry.

Have you ever wanted to go to two brew fests in one day and in two different states? Now, you can. Before you head to the original Brews by the Bay shindig in Lewes from 4-8 p.m. on Sept. 6, you can hit one on the Jersey side, in Cape May, from noon-4 p.m. The event is held on the grounds of the Cape May-Lewes Ferry (both terminals). Tickets will be sold for each individual side or as a combo ticket for both locations. The latter includes a round-trip, foot-passenger ferry ticket. Featured New Jersey breweries are Cape May, Tuckahoe, Flying Fish, Kane, Carton, Rinn Duin, Glasstown, Iron Hill, Cricket Hill
and River Horse. Delaware breweries are 16 Mile, Dogfish Head, Fordham/Old Dominion, Iron Hill, Stewart’s, Twin Lakes, 3rd Wave, Argilla
and Mispillion River Brewing—which is pretty much all of them. It’s a unique party. For more info, visit
