Chef Bryan Sikora and Andrea Loconti to Open Hearth Kitchen in Kennett Square

This will be the culinary duo’s fourth restaurant together.

Chef Bryan Sikora and his wife Andrea Loconti are opening Hearth Kitchen in June at the Shoppes at Longwood Village in Kennett Square, Pa.

Sikora and Loconti—who are responsible for the highly successful Merchant Bar, an upscale gastropub; La Fia, a bistro, bakery and gourmet shop; and Cocino Lolo, a refreshing Latin and Mexican restaurant—will be cooking up creative dishes like handmade pasta, ravioli and seasonally, locally inspired entrées at Hearth. It will feature a semi-open kitchen with a Renato Wood Fired Pizza Oven, and of course, their freshly baked bread. Much of the food will be cooked in the wood oven, says Loconti.

Hearth will also have a liquor license and a well-curated list of wines by the glass and bottle. The bar menu will focus on expertly made cocktails as well as many original recipes. There will be six wines on tap and four beers that will rotate frequently.
